The guy removing dough needs some help. Overprocessing, no mistake proofing on the machine, probably some settings or improperly set dies, right?
There was another video recently of the many auto Big Three factory clips in the news. I watched a worker hit the right side fender three times with the palm of his hand in order to get it to snap into place during assembly.
A lot of these only videos are rife with waste! While we are looking at conveyance, flow and other big ticket wastes – we always have to remember that the little things add up after awhile.

Interesting point, Bryan — one other thing I notice in the Big 3 videos is the lack of uniforms… the sloppy dress of the UAW employees. There’s something to be said about the esprit de corps of a uniform, especially when practiced by all levels (no “suits” running around the factory).
