Evolving Excellence is one thing, and my business practice is another. The two are not connected. Kevin Meyer, the founder and owner of Evolving Excellence, is a good friend who allows me the privilege of venting and ranting on his site. I am not always sure everyone understands that.
At any rate, when you send a reaction to a blog post to me via my email or the Contact form on my web site (which I am always glad to get), I assume you have done so because you do not want your words to be made public in the comments section of Evolving Excellence. If you do want to have your thoughts out in the open, please use the Comments.
On the flip side of that one, if you want to get in touch with me concerning my services, please shoot me an email or use the Contact form on my web site. In particular, I have had people using the blog Comments to ask me about my 1 Day Assessment service. The Fall schedule is out, so feel free to look it over and see if there is a slot that works for you, but to ask questions, or to schedule an assessment, please get in touch with me through my site, rather than through the Evolving Excellence comments.
Finally, all Comments to the blog are moderated - which means I have to look at them and click on a little box that says 'Publish' before they go on line. I do not edit them and I only delete the ones that contain profanity, or have been generated by a spam wacko of some sort. That said, I occasionally have honest work to do and it might take a little while to get to the comments. If you don't see your comment right away it doesn't mean I am censoring you – it only means I haven't had a chance to publish it. Please be patient with me.
